I loved the buffet meal with its amazing variety of options - even gluten-free ones, which is great for those who can't eat gluten and those who pretend not to eat gluten. The free ski bus was a lifesaver, so convenient! And the playroom for children? Brilliant!

The lighting in the room was so dim, I felt like I was in a vampire movie.

The rooms at Impresja Art Resort are so cozy and comfortable! The modern furnishings and plush seating area with a sofa make it feel like a home away from home. I just love sinking into the sofa and watching the flat-screen TV after a long day of trekking. Plus, having a fridge in the room is so convenient for keeping snacks and drinks chilled. It's the perfect setup for a trekkers like us!

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the views from the room. While some rooms offer views of the mountains or the river, our room didn't provide any scenic sights.

This hotel is a hidden gem with great value for money. The location is perfect, walking distance from the centre and there's even a highly recommended restaurant nearby, as suggested by the lovely hotel staff. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and comfortable, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast offers plenty of choices, including a variety of cold cuts and cereals, and the service is superb.

Spent Christmas at this lovely resort. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options. The location was perfect, walking distance to the main street with lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The rooms were cozy, well-equipped and clean.

The walls were too thin and we could hear our neighbors talking and laughing late at night, which was a bit annoying. , the pillows were not very comfortable, but that's just a minor issue.

Location spectacular, quiet and tranquil. Super helpful and friendly staff. Amazing cleaning lady. Superb breakfast with plenty of vegetarian options. Walking distance to centre and good restaurant. Great views.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The buffet was so vast and varied that I didn't know where to start! The conference hall was equipped with everything, even a time machine! Free ski bus, playroom for kids, and endless activities. Oh, and free tea and coffee - because who drinks water anyway?

Oh, don't worry about me, I just love carrying heavy stuff up the stairs, it's my favorite workout! No elevator, genius idea!

I had a fantastic stay! Staff was super friendly and spoke Spanish and English very well. The hotel was very clean, with cosy and luxurious rooms. The location was charming, close to a beautiful park and great restaurants. Parking was also available and convenient.

Hard to think of anything negative.

We spent Xmas holidays in this hotel and we liked the Christmas tree in the reception and the cozy fireplace in the lobby. the location was great, within walking distance of some key sights and activities. the breakfast was good too, with a variety of options.

Our room was a disappointment. the bathroom was not well cleaned and there was a bad smell of damp.
